MUN1711 Jazz Combo

This course provides the student with an applied, laboratory setting in which to explore the literature and performance techniques involved in small jazz combo playing. Improvisation skills, piano voicing and comping styles, horn arranging and a wide range of other skills will be explored. May be repeated one time for credit.
