MAP2302C Differential Equations and Lab

Topics include: First order ordinary differential equations, theory of linear ordinary differential equations solutions of linear and non-linear equations including variation of parameters, undetermined coefficients and Laplace transformations, matrix methods along with applications such as Newton's Law of Cooling, mixture problems, springs and free fall. (Prerequisite: Appropriate placement scores, successful completion of college prep course or qualified developmental exemption or passed MAC 2312C with grade "C" or better or permission of chairperson or concurrent requisite MAP 2302C.) This course will help satisfy the graduation requirements of the Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree.
