PRN0120C Maternal/Child Health Nursing and Lab
This course is an introduction to the role of the practical nurse providing care to the childbearing family, newborn, and pediatric patients. Learning activities will emphasize nursing techniques, communication skills, and problem solving in selected situations of nursing practice. This course focuses on applying nursing skills and knowledge of obstetric and pediatric pathophysiology to provide the most effective and appropriate nursing care.
