NUR4827C Leadership and Clinical Decision-Making and Lab
This course is part of the RN to BSN program and is a capstone course which includes a practicum learning experience. Students will complete practicum activities with a mentor at their place of employment, if approved, or at an alternate practicum site. This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills to assume leadership and management roles in a variety of healthcare settings. The practicum experience will provide opportunities for students to develop an expand their leadership skills in the practice of professional nursing.
