EEX4601 Behavior Management
This course provides an in-depth exploration of effective behavior management principles for both general and exceptional students in preschool through grade 12 educational settings. Emphasis is placed on the historical foundations of behavior, disciplinary implications, and the assessment, measurement, charting, and modification of behavior. Students will engage in observation, analysis, and practical application of these principles, with a focus on supporting learners with diverse linguistic, cultural, behavioral, and learning characteristics. This course requires field experience in an approved public school.
