Our Mission
The Daytona State College Falcon-AID and IT Help Desk, is dedicated to being the first point of contact for students seeking technical assistance. Falcon-AID collaborates with the IT Help Desk and Falcon Online at the main Daytona Beach Campus to address all college-related technical concerns for students, faculty, and staff.
Services We Offer
We provide assistance with your smart devices in the following areas:
- MyDaytonaState Student Portal (New Student Portal)
- Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)Enrollment
- Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Setup
- Falcon Self-Service, Email and Falcon Online access help
- Navigating/accessing important service areas such as: Financial Aid, Admissions, Registration, etc.
- Searching for available courses
- Falcon Online support
- Accessing College Wi-Fi "DSC Wireless"
- Access to Office365 through your student account
- Directions to appropriate academic departments
- Assistance with smart devices (i.e., laptops, tablets, smartphones) in topics related to college resources/services (only)
