MAC1114 College Trigonometry

Topics include: The unit circle, trigonometric functions (definitions, graphs, and inverses), right triangles, oblique triangles, trigonometric identities, trigonometric equations, the trigonometric form of complex numbers, two-dimensional vectors, polar coordinates, and parametric equations. A scientific calculator is required. (Prerequisite: Appropriate placement scores, successful completion of college prep course or qualified developmental exemption or passed MAC1105 with grade C or better or permission of chairperson). This course will help satisfy the graduation requirements of the Associate of Arts (A.A.) degrree.
