MAP2302C Differential Equations and Lab

Topics include: First order ordinary differential equations, theory of linear ordinary differential equations solutions of linear and non-linear equations including variation of parameters, undetermined coefficients and Laplace transformations, matrix methods along with applications such as Newton's Law of Cooling, mixture problems, springs, and free fall. (Prerequisite: Appropriate placement scores, successful completion of college prep course or qualified developmental exemption or passed MAC2312C with grade C or better or permission of chairperson or concurrent requisite MAP2302C.) This course will help satisfy the graduation requirements of the Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree.
