Program Overview

Mission:

The Network Server Administration Certificate prepares students to plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor computer networks. Students also develop skills to implement and manage security in networked environments using current technologies.

Description:

This certificate prepares students to install, configure, and support computer networks in LAN/WAN environments. Students develop foundational knowledge in networking, cloud infrastructure, server administration, and security.

Outcomes:

Graduates of the program will be able to:

  1. Design and test network environments.

  3. Perform network administration and management tasks.
  4. Troubleshoot network hardware and software.
  5. Apply operating system and security concepts.

Completion Requirement:

  • Earn a grade "C" or better in all program-specific and prerequisite courses.
