PMT0106C Introduction to Welding I and Lab

This course covers fundamental welding and cutting procedures with a strong emphasis on safety. Students learn to read and interpret blueprints while gaining hands-on experience in oxyacetylene and plasma arc cutting. They also develop skills in SMAW (stick) welding across various applications and positions. To continue in the program, students must pass the course with a C or better.
