Mission:

The Broadcast TV Production Certificate prepares students for employment in television and video production. The program emphasizes academic knowledge, problem-solving skills, professional work habits, and technical competencies required for studio and field production.

The Broadcast TV Production Certificate provides students with a comprehensive understanding of video production skills, including studio and field production techniques.

  7. Shoot studio and location footage.
  8. Record, mix, and edit audio.
  9. Operate control room equipment.
  10. Organize and edit video resources.

Completion Requirement:

  • Earn a grade "C" or better in all program-specific and prerequisite courses.
