Program Mission, Description, and Outcomes
Mission:
The Office Management Certificate prepares students for entry-level employment in office management, customer relations, office support, and records management through an innovative curriculum that develops the knowledge, technical skills, and professional competencies needed to meet local workforce needs.
Description:
This certificate prepares students for employment as office administration specialists. Students develop foundational knowledge and skills in business communication, business computation, computer software applications, office procedures, customer service, and office management.
